PC Support Specialist

We're looking for a PC Support Specialist who has great people and technical skills. Our employees have a wide range of computer skills. You'll get to travel to worksites, troubleshoot problems, install equipment, and set up rights and privileges. Occasionally we'll even through you a problem that will stump you. Are you up for the challenge?

You’ll work on a great team where a few of your work tasks will be adding and terminating accounts, helping people set up for webinars, and conducting audits of equipment.

To Be Qualified for this Position:

• PC (Windows) experience in troubleshooting - Basic Windows hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Basic network troubleshooting - fax machines, printers, copiers and iPads
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) A+ - Certification or equivalent or ability to get certification within one (1) year from date of hire
• Valid NYS Driver's License
